1. What AustraliaFans is
AustraliaFans is an independent online directory of publicly available OnlyFans creator profiles from Australia. We operate no subscription service, process no payments and host no adult content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the platform our listings link to, or with its operator, Fenix International Limited.
2. Adults only
This website is intended solely for persons aged 18 years or over. By accessing the site you confirm that you have reached that age and that viewing such material is lawful where you are. If you are under 18, you must leave the site.
3. Listings and their accuracy
Listing details — descriptions, categories, pricing indications — are compiled from publicly available sources and from creators' own submissions. Prices and availability change without notice on the platform, so the creator's official account is always the authoritative source. We correct or remove outdated listings when we become aware of them, but do not warrant that any listing is complete or current at a given moment.
4. Creator submissions
By submitting a profile through the Add profile form you warrant that the profile is yours (or that you are authorised to act for its owner), that you are 18 or over, and that you hold all rights necessary in the material you provide. We may edit a submission for style, decline it, or remove a published listing at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk, not to access it by automated means, and not to use information found here to harass, stalk, impersonate or deceive any person.
6. External links
Listings link to third-party websites. Following such a link takes you off AustraliaFans, and your use of the destination site is governed entirely by that site's own terms, prices and policies, over which we have no control.
7. Intellectual property
The directory's own text, layout and compilation belong to AustraliaFans. Creator names, images and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only.
8. Liability
AustraliaFans is provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on listing information, or from content on third-party sites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
